My Story.
There is a season for all things under heaven, they say.
I graduated from ArtCenter College of Design with a Fine Art degree in 1998. Then life got wonderfully full. There was a child to raise, a household to maintain, work to do, people to love, losses to survive, and a whole lot of living to learn.
Now I’m back in the studio.
I’m not the artist I was then. I have less to prove and more to explore. I trust myself more. I’ve returned to my spiritual core. Not a religious one. I’m increasingly interested in what happens when I create from there.
That curiosity led me to Sacred Play and brought new depth to my painting. I work in a small studio in Sierra Madre, California. I paint. I play. I pay attention.
And I listen for what brings life. That’s how I know what’s next.
