Are you finding retirement surprisingly difficult?

Like all transitions this large, it brings with it existential thought and deep reflection. Your responsibilities, your day-to-day, your job… all of it is shifting. What do you want? It’s a hard question to answer when, for so long, it wasn’t about you.

It’s your third act. And it can be about you now.

The first two acts taught you a lot. They weren’t always easy, but you made it. Now you get to ask… what do I want? You’re behind the wheel.

If you’re feeling a bit lost, let’s spend some time bringing clarity. A good coach listens, asks the right questions and helps you design the map. She hands you your glasses so things come into focus. Design your most enjoyable act yet. Now’s the time.

I get it. I’m retirement age myself. When I stood at the start of my third act, I didn’t know what I was going to do so I hired a coach! I wanted a sounding board. Through our work together, I decided to make bold moves. I quit my job and returned to coaching. Sacred Play.was officially born, and I started painting again. You can see some of that work below and on my Paintings page. I didn’t want any regrets. And I’m sure you don’t either.

“If you find yourself standing at the edge of your own third act, wanting to be intentional with your days and in need of a coach to process with, I’d love to help.”
